This hands-on session introduces users to the core structure, navigation, and daily workflows within Maximizer, ensuring advisors and support teams can confidently manage client information and interactions.
This course is ideal for new users of Maximizer CRM, advisory assistants, operations staff, and team members transitioning from legacy systems or manual processes. Participants will learn how to navigate the platform efficiently, manage client records, capture important interactions, and customize their workspace for maximum productivity.
Throughout the session, participants will work directly within the Maximizer environment while guided by an experienced instructor who will demonstrate real-world CRM workflows and best practices tailored to financial advisory teams.
