The old lab request process used self-built PDF forms with links that sent emails upon submission, which often did not work well. This affected accuracy and wasted time. Sales reps can now enter all necessary information directly into Maximizer, creating a case in the customer service module, reducing redundant data entry, and improving accuracy. By integrating this process into Maximizer, accuracy has greatly improved, and the completion time has been reduced to under four minutes, a 60% reduction. This efficiency gain is significant since Kyzen handles approximately 500 lab requests annually in the USA alone, with additional labs in Mexico, China, Korea, Southeast Asia, and Europe. Globally, the company manages around 1,000 lab requests annually. 

Notifications ensure sales leaders and lab managers are updated on the progress of lab requests, improving communication and reducing delays. Optimizing how the company uses the Opportunities module in Maximizer ensures key information is being captured in a helpful and searchable manner, aiding in tracking and analysis. Kyzen labs have also begun using Maximizer to generate their weekly lab reports. This new process is 50% faster than their old data-gathering methods, freeing more time for business-critical tasks. 

Across the company, Maximizer has facilitated enhanced data management, boosted efficiency, and improved processes, particularly in sales management and customer relationship handling. In marketing, Maximizer has transformed how Kyzen targets and reaches its audience. Previously, the company would broadly email everyone in the industrial sector. Now, with more precise data management, marketing lists are more accurate and effective, allowing Kyzen to focus on specific segments like remanufacturing, avoiding irrelevant sectors such as automotive.
