Maximizer Software Inc. will provide customer support for the following products used in conjunction with the noted Maximizer Software product. Note that older versions of our products may not be compatible with newer versions of third-party software. Other configurations may, or may not, work with Maximizer software: Maximizer Software Inc. may provide customer support on such configurations on a best-efforts basis.

Computer Telephony Integration Maximizer and Maximizer Enterprise may provide incoming call detection and outgoing phone dialling under the following conditions. Refer to the Maximizer Knowledge Base article titled "Maximizer and TAPI", reference number 001207-000073, for more information. The Caller-ID service from the telephone company is in SDM format. The PBX or modem is compatible with Microsoft TAPI (Telephony Application Programming Interface) and is Caller-ID compliant.
