More Course Details

  • All of the eLearning courses are approximately one hour long and can ONLY BE VEIWED ONCE per registration.
  • All Maximizer 9 & Maximizer Enterprise 9/9.5 courses consists of a previously recorded instructor-led tutorial.
  • All Maximizer CRM 10 courses do not currently include audio.
  • DO NOT CLOSE out of the Webex Player during the playback. You will only be able to access the tutorial ONCE. If you accidentally close out of your browser during the middle of your tutorial, please email us at onlinetraining@maximizer.com during regular business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST Monday to Friday excluding holidays) and we will assist you with regaining access to the online tutorial. Please include your name, your email address, and the course name.
  • If you encounter any technical issues, please call Webex Live Technical Support at 1-866-229-3239 (U.S. and Canada toll-free) or, +1-408-435-7088 (International toll).
  • There will NOT be a Question & Answer (Q&A) session at the end the tutorial.

System Requirements for running an eLearning Course
The following outlines the recommended minimum hardware and software requirements to run the course.

  • IBM PC compatible with Internet Explorer 5 or higher
  • High-speed Internet connection
  • Sound card and speakers (or headphones)
  • Monitor resolution: 1024 x 768
  • Webex Player: you will be prompted to install this upon registering for the course
