As President, Thomas is responsible for the strategic and operational management of Maximizer Software Inc. and its subsidiaries that represent Maximizer CRM globally. Thomas joined Maximizer Software in 2002 as Director of Sales (Americas) and within four years was promoted to Vice President, Sales (Americas), then Managing Director, EMEA, where he was responsible for 14% CAGR revenue growth in two years, with a significant growth in profitability.
An industry veteran with more than 18 years of experience, Thomas brings global management and business development experience to the role, having lived and worked in North America, UK, France, South Africa and the Middle East. Prior to Maximizer Software, Thomas held senior management positions with CRM vendor, Frontrange Solutions, in addition to Business Objects and Sony Corporation.

Anderson is responsible for setting the direction and overseeing strategy and progress of research and development, customer support and services groups, at Maximizer Software. The original architect of Maximizer Enterprise, Anderson has more than 18 years of CRM software development expertise and more than 15 years experience with Maximizer Software. He is recognized as a leading authority in the CRM industry and was named 12th on insideCRM’s Top 25 CRM Influencers for 2007. Anderson continues to provide thought leadership that contributes to research by analyst firms including Forrester Research, Aberdeen Group, Nucleus Research and ISM Strategic Advisors. He has also served as a "Future of CRM Technologies" panelist at CRM Magazine's annual DestinationCRM Conference. Anderson graduated with a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Western Ontario.
Hui is responsible for overseeing Maximizer Software's research and development activities which include product management, software engineering, quality assurance and documentation for Maximizer Software's products. He joined Maximizer Software in 1995 as Development Manager and was subsequently promoted to Vice President, Engineering. With more than 10 years of CRM industry experience, Hui's role expanded with his promotion to Vice President, Research and Development in 2006. Prior to joining Maximizer Software, Hui was a software engineer with Milpitas, California-based LSI Logic Corporation. He holds a B.A.Sc. with Honors from the University of British Columbia and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
Sandhu is responsible for overseeing Maximizer Software's finance, accounting, administration, information technology and human resources activities in the Americas region. Sandhu joined Maximizer Software in 2000 as Controller and was subsequently promoted to Vice President, Finance. In 2006 his role was expanded with a promotion to Vice President, Finance and Administration. Prior to joining the company, Sandhu held senior positions with Grant Thornton and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. A Chartered Accountant, Sandhu holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.
Richardson is responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales, marketing and technical operations in Maximizer Softwares EMEA region. A British national, Richardson has over 8 years experience in the CRM Industry and 25 years in information technology related industries. Prior to joining Maximizer Software in 2000, Richardson worked for Business Link managing a Small/Medium Business IT delivery scheme funded by the UK Department of Trade and Industry. Richardsons career has also involved senior positions at Baker Hughes Intec, a Houston based oilfield services company, and The National Security Inspectorate in the UK. Richardson graduated with a BSc in Electronics from the University of Hull and has a Diploma in Robotics and Control.
Simons is responsible for overseeing all sales, marketing, distribution strategies and operations in Maximizer Software's Australia and New Zealand region. An Australian local, Simons brings more than 15 years of experience in the Australian and New Zealand information technology market to his role. Joining Maximizer Software in 2006, Simons previously built HR Edge, a company focused on delivering PayGlobal human resources and payroll systems to the Australian market. Simons' executive career also includes serving as Regional Manager for Payglobal, State Manager for Frontier Software and a senior sales position with project management and accounting software firm Lodex Computer Systems.
Hui is responsible for overseeing Maximizer Software's research and development activities which include product management, software engineering, quality assurance and documentation for Maximizer Software's products. Hui has over 10 years experience in managing real estate, trading, investment and IT businesses.
